Sophie Fruen, a 21-year-old woman from Worksop, has made an unpleasant discovery in her recent Domino's order. After taking a bite into what she initially thought was a crunchy topping, she was horrified to find what she believes to be a bitten fingernail lurking in the dough. Sophie attempted to contact the Worksop branch of Domino's multiple times to complain, but was unable to get through.\n\nDisturbed and sickened by the experience, Sophie, along with her boyfriend and sister, decided to visit the branch in person to show them the offensive item. Her boyfriend, Jay Kendall, asked for a replacement and a refund, but was only given a fresh pizza. The couple, who had spent £35 on their order, including pizzas and side dishes, have now vowed to never order from Domino's again.
