Court documents obtained by TMZ state that Eason is accused of causing visible marks on Jace's arm and neck, with the injuries not being sustained by accident. The alleged incident occurred on September 28, the same night Jace went missing for the third time after slipping out of a window. Police were called to Evans' home, where she reported Jace's disappearance. He was later found safe.
