Southern Charm reality star Kathryn Calhoun Dennis, 32, was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run collision in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. A "knowledgeable source" confirmed the incident, which reportedly took place outside Whitesville Elementary School. School resource officer deputy Michelle Ward, who was directing traffic at the time, openly discussed the incident on social media.
Deputy Ward, who was the victim of the hit-and-run, reposted the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office accident report on her Facebook page. She stated that she was feeling sore but okay after the incident, mentioning that a parent at the scene managed to capture the license plate of the vehicle involved.
According to Deputy Ward's account, the vehicle did not stop after striking her, and she was taken to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. While DailyMail.com reached out to Kathryn for comment, no response was received at the time of publication.
Kathryn shares two children with her ex-partner Thomas Ravenel, with whom she will be celebrating their son's eighth birthday in November. Despite their tumultuous relationship, the reality star expressed her love for her children in a heartfelt message on social media.
The custody arrangement between Kathryn and Thomas grants him primary legal custody and joint physical custody of their two children. Thomas famously resigned as South Carolina State Treasurer following guilty pleas to drug-related charges and faced sexual assault allegations from multiple women.
In January, Kathryn announced her departure from Southern Charm after eight seasons and one demotion to a guest star role. She expressed gratitude for the love and support she received from viewers and expressed excitement for the next chapter of her life.
Dennis currently runs an OnlyFans account, where she charges a monthly subscription fee. As the investigation continues into the hit-and-run incident, further updates are expected.
