A former NHL player has expressed his belief that Sheffield Steelers player Matt Petgrave was 'absolutely' trying to make contact with Nottingham Panthers player Adam Johnson during an ice hockey match. However, he emphasized that he does not believe Petgrave woke up with the intention of 'murdering somebody today.'
