Every year, North Shore Animal League America holds its annual Celebration Of Rescue, and this year's event was no exception. The trendy downtown hot spot, TRIBECA 360°, hosted the event, providing a stunning backdrop of the Big Apple and plenty of pets in need of forever homes.

Among the celebrities and high-profile individuals showing their support for the non-profit was actress Maya Hawke, who looked stylish in a black shorts and blazer ensemble. She was seen holding a cute Chihuahua and was later spotted with another puppy that was up for adoption.

Also in attendance was animal advocate Beth Stern, who stunned in a red-patterned dress and gold pumps. Stern is known for her dedicated volunteer work and animal activism, as well as housing 'foster rooms' for cats and kittens in need of permanent homes.

The Celebration of Rescue event featured delicious food and drinks, live entertainment, a silent auction, and heartwarming animal rescue journeys narrated by prominent animal advocates. R&B singer Thelma Houston and musician Jeff LeBlanc provided musical performances throughout the night.

North Shore Animal League America, the world's largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization, estimates that around 2,000,000 homeless pets are euthanized annually. Their mission is to create a no-kill world where all homeless pets find loving homes.

As a pioneer of the no-kill movement, North Shore Animal League America leads the way with national and international programs that increase adoptions and raise awareness about the plight of homeless animals. Their dedicated medical staff performs thousands of exams and vaccinations each year, and to date, they have saved over 1.1 million animals since their establishment in 1944.

The annual Celebration of Rescue serves as a reminder that there is still much work to be done in the fight against animal homelessness. With the support of celebrities like Maya Hawke and Beth Stern, North Shore Animal League America continues to make a difference in the lives of countless animals in need of a forever home.
