Actress Katrina Kaif Stuns in Golden Silk Lehenga for Diwali Celebrations

Day after sharing pictures in a floral white saree, Katrina Kaif has now delighted her fans with a new set of pictures from her Diwali celebrations at home. The actress was seen posing in her sea-facing balcony, dressed in a gorgeous golden silk lehenga, which perfectly embodied the festive spirit.

Katrina looked absolutely stunning as she effortlessly paired the golden saree with traditional gold jhumkas and tied her hair in a rough bun. Sharing the pictures on her Instagram account, the actor captioned it with a simple "Love and Light" along with sparkles and an oil lamp emoji.

The post garnered immense praise from her fans and colleagues alike. Singer Harshdeep Kaur commented, “Uff our Heer” (along with a heart emoji), and numerous fans wrote poetic lines and praised her for her ethereal beauty. Many fans also complimented her for changing her usual hairstyle from the "untied hair on a side" to a bun.

The Diwali celebration at Katrina's beau Vicky Kaushal's parents' house had also caught media attention, where Katrina and Vicky were twinning in white. The couple was joined by Katrina's sister Isabelle Kaif, their mother Suzanne Turquotte, and her brother Sebastien Laurent Michel.

Apart from the festivities, Katrina saw the release of her film "Tiger 3" on Diwali, which has been receiving overwhelming response at the box office. The movie, which is the third installment in the Tiger franchise, opened with a solid ₹44.5 crore, and collected ₹59 crore on Monday, taking the total to ₹146 crore after three days of its release. The film also stars Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles, with cameo appearances by Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan.
